1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at D 27A, 60 Feet Road, Chattarpur, New Delhi – 110074.

2. Description of Services

VLS Technology provides the following products and services:

• TrueHRIS – A cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRMS) including recruitment management, payroll, and performance management modules.
• TrueCV – Career services including resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and interview preparation.
• TrueCRM – A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for lead generation and automated outreach.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our products, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Collect or harvest data from our platform without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, software, designs, and code — is the exclusive property of VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our products without our prior written consent.

Your data (employee records, CRM data, resume content) remains your property. By uploading data to our platforms, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain products are available on a subscription or one-time payment basis. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. For TrueCV service orders, refunds are not available once work has commenced. For software subscriptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLS Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may terminate by ceasing to use our services and cancelling any active subscriptions. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete it from our systems.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

We encourage you to first contact us directly to resolve any disputes. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt.
